Payroll Processing Service

Payroll is one of the number one services that our clients inquire about and is something that we provide to many of our back office clients! No more editing employee information in your payroll system, adding new employees, changing rates, and entering in your employee hours every two weeks. Not to mention figuring out payroll tax payments and filings. Let us do the work for you!

We have a team of experienced payroll professionals that can set up a brand-new payroll OR take over the data entry for your current system. Just drop our dedicated payroll team an email telling us the changes and we will take care of the rest.

QBO utilizes a project management system with a robust calendar so we never forget that your payroll needs to be run. No more staying up late nights running payroll so employees are paid on time, we have the efficient processes to manage this task for your while you are running your business.

Tired of excessive paperwork QBO will manage all of your employee files and make certain that files are up-to-date and in compliance with state and federal employment regulations.

What system does QBO use to run payroll?

QBO mainly process payroll through a QuickBooks online account, if you do not have one, QBO will set one up for you!

What if my company is currently using another platform to run payroll?

QBO will learn and work with any payroll platform you have and need. If you like the one you are using currently, we will login and process your payroll for you through that platform. If you do not enjoy that platform, we can work to transfer you to.

How does QBO actually run my payroll?

Our clients have the option to set up employees information in their QuickBooks account. QBO can also send the new employee sheets to you, we will set up the employee once those sheets have been returned. After receiving the documents we save the employee files in your shared folder so you always have a cloud folder that contains all of your Human Resource documents.

  • QBO can run your payroll weekly, bi weekly, monthly, semi-monthly. Bonus and commission payrolls can also be scheduled based on your needs.
  • Clients who have hourly employees will email us at payroll@goqbo.com their hours per pay period.
  • Payroll reports can be provided to you if you wish to receive these after each payroll.
  • QBO also submits state and federal payroll tax payments on your behalf through QuickBooks. This can be done automatically after processing payroll or you can approve these payment amounts before they go out.
  • Employees will have access to their pay stubs, QBO will send them an email that will allow them to create an account with Intuit QuickBooks. Giving your employees the ability to set up their own username and password to login to their pay stubs.
  • QBO also works with vendors to calculate employee deductions per benefits enrolled (bcbs, 401k, dental, etc) 401k employee deductions also submitted to 401k providers on your behalf for each payroll.

All in all, QBO can cover all your payroll needs—you name it, we will do it
