Update

Congress has approved a 2nd round of funding for the PPP loan program.

The IRS has come out and said that although the PPP loan that is forgiven will not be income, any payroll and other expenses paid with the forgiven funds will not be deductible. We will have to wait and see if congress over turns this IRS ruling.
