Tax Filing Update

Right now, any returns filed that have payment information in for direct debit, will debit on 04/15 (unless an earlier date was chosen).

IF a client has already filed or is about to and wants to change the date, they need to wait 7-10 business days after the return was accepted, but no less than 2 days before the scheduled withdrawal, then call 888-353-4537 to get that payment moved if they wish. We are advising all clients for the time being not to direct debit at all, as this is certainly in flux, and instead this year send in checks with vouchers when it works for them, by 07/15.
