Ryan Ross
Founder, TRG Bookkeeping, LLC | CEO, Quality Back Office

Ryan Ross is the founder of TRG Bookkeeping, LLC, a firm dedicated to providing expert accounting services for real estate investors and real estate–focused professionals. Since he launched the company in 2019, Ryan has helped business owners bridge the gap between financial performance and long-term business growth.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Ryan served in the United States Marine Corps, where he managed complex operations involving 30–40 Marines, multiple aircraft, and critical equipment across two Navy ships and three bases in the Middle East. His role demanded precision, accountability, and leadership under pressure—qualities that continue to shape his approach to business today.

Since TRG Bookkeeping was merged into Quality Back Office, Ryan applies his operational expertise to build scalable systems, streamline financial management, and deliver strategic support for clients. His leadership ensures that businesses receive the highest level of service while freeing them to focus on growth.

Ryan’s background in both military operations and business management positions him as a trusted partner for clients who need accuracy, reliability, and forward-thinking financial support.

Erik Schmolk
CFO, Quality Back Office

Erik is a seasoned finance and operations leader with over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He brings a proven track record of transforming accounting operations, strengthening financial reporting, and building collaborative teams that bridge the gap between finance and operations.

Over the course of his career, Erik has led accounting departments for organizations ranging from small nonprofits to publicly traded companies. His work includes streamlining close processes, overseeing audits, managing budgeting and forecasting, and implementing financial systems that align with operational goals. Erik’s leadership has consistently improved accuracy, efficiency, and profitability by ensuring that financial insights drive better decision-making across organizations.

A graduate of Shippensburg University with an MBA in Finance from DeSales University, Erik began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving into leadership roles at Henkels & McCoy, Safeguard Services, Vinco Ventures, and Treeways. His diverse background gives him a broad perspective on financial strategy and operational execution.
