An extension of our typical service packages, QBO will take an active role in the management of your company. Whether it be an entire overhaul of your accounting department, managing your accounting staff, or simply serving as an additional member of your executive team, QBO can extend their service realm to perform this role as needed. We will also provide a sounding board for your management team for all financial related decisions.

Erik Schmolk

Erik Schmolk is a finance and operations leader with 15+ years of experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He has a proven record of transforming accounting operations, enhancing financial reporting, and building collaborative teams. Throughout his career, Erik has streamlined close processes, overseen audits, managed budgets and forecasts, and implemented financial systems that align with and strengthen organizational goals. A graduate of Shippensburg University with an MBA in Finance from DeSales University, Erik began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving into leadership roles at Henkels & McCoy, Safeguard Services, Vinco Ventures, Treeways and now is CFO of Quality Back Office.
